This website is operated by Milo Paciorek Entertainment LLC, doing business as MP Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide DJ, photo booth, karaoke, lighting, and special-effects services for weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Texas.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover anything you send us outside of it — a text message, a phone call, or a message through a third-party platform like Instagram or The Knot, which are governed by those platforms’ own policies.

The only place this site asks you for information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive whatever you filled in:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your event type, date, location, and estimated guest count
• The services you’re interested in
• Anything you write in the message field

Submitting the form sends that information to us as an email. It is not stored in a database on this website, and no account is created for you.

Please don’t send us sensitive information through the form — payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information. We don’t need any of it to quote an event.

Like nearly every website, ours records some basic technical information as you browse:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
• Analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It reports aggregate numbers only — it does not use tracking cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this website.

This site uses essentially no cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is saved locally in your own browser so the site looks the same on your next visit, and a single sign-in cookie is used by the site owner to access the private admin area. Neither is used to track you or shared with anyone.

We use what you send us to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote
• Plan, coordinate, and perform the services you book with us
• Send you a confirmation that your inquiry came through, and follow up about your event
• Keep records of our bookings and meet our legal and tax obligations
• Keep the website secure and working properly

We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking, and we do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do rely on a few service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them in the ordinary course of that:

• Our web host, which serves this site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Our email delivery provider, which delivers your contact-form submission to our inbox and sends you the confirmation.
• Our file storage provider, which hosts the photos and media shown on this site. It receives no information about you beyond an ordinary web request.

We may also disclose information if we’re legally required to — for example, in response to a valid subpoena — or where it’s necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer records may transfer with it.

Inquiries that don’t turn into bookings stay in our email for as long as they’re useful for following up, and we delete them when they aren’t. Records tied to an actual booking — contracts, invoices, event details — are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Whatever state you live in, you can email us and ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll take care of it, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live — Texas and California both have laws of this kind — you may have a formal right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or of targeted advertising. As described above, we don’t sell personal information or serve targeted advertising, so there’s nothing to opt out of. To make any other request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we don’t track visitors across websites or sell personal information, these signals don’t change anything about how this site behaves.

This site is served over HTTPS, and the private admin area is password protected. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website or email system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

This website is meant for adults booking entertainment services. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we’ll delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
